Return Policy

We hope our customers are delighted with the purchase at BABA BALLOONS, however, if you are not completely satisfied with the goods, please notify us at info@bababalloons.com.au within 14 days of receiving the goods and ensure the items are returned within 30 days in their original condition with the packaging intact. Please note the postal service used to return the items is at the sole discretion of yourself. Once the return items have been received by BABA BALLOONS, the product will be inspected and refunded accordingly, excluding any delivery costs of the order. To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Faulty Items

 

We are really sorry to hear that your product has not arrived in the condition you hoped for. If the product is faulty, please email info@bababalloons.com.au 24 hours upon receiving the item with a photo of the balloon. If we receive photos after 24 hours of you receiving the goods, this will limit our investigations and how we can assist you.

Please note that photo may slightly different from actual item in terms of colour due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor's display.
